Much caution should be taken when selecting a tree for purchase. Trees imported outside of Calgary and shipped here for resale may have been grown in a richer environment with ideal circumstances. All the trees that we sell are recommended for our growing zone (based on our region, soil and Climate).
The majority of the trees available that we supply to our clients are grown locally and hardened from our growing soil ensuring that transplanting will be successful..
When purchasing a tree, cost is relative to the tree size and pricing is based depending on the variety and size.
- Deciduous Trees (leaf bearing) – pricing is determined by the actual caliper size (thickness of the tree trunk)
- Coniferous Trees (evergreens) – pricing is determined by the actual height of the tree
